Port Visitor is an industry collaboration initiated by the ILO and the IMO through MLC, 2006. It brings together Governments, Port Owners & Authorities, Unions, Ship Owners and Voluntary Organisations to improve seafarer welfare, and provides in-depth information about the provision of seafarers’ welfare in ports worldwide, and is a collaboration.
